The design configuration can be horizontal, vertical or angled and multi-pass with separation of upper and lower dryer sections to permit cleaning and service. Rostron’s Airflotation Dryers are equipped with easy release nozzles for rapid cleaning and are available as pre set or adjustable outlet velocities for product change.

Both types ensures excellent web stability and offers single or double sided coating of aqueous or
solvent based products. Airflotation dryers are suitable for various heat sources, i.e. direct or indirect gas, steam or electric and may be used in conjunction with Uni-Contraflow dryers for sensitive coatings.
